  It is a shame as Randee has been great so this was my go to store. The assistant manager is rude and inept. Went to get water tested and was helping a lady and chatting with her. While waiting he just kept talking about his trip to Vegas and then went in back room to get his phone to show photos of his trip. That is fine if no one else is there but you don’t do that when have customers waiting. Never once asked me how the pool was looking or any questions. When showed picture of pool with algae said go get the chemical on back shelf. No directions how to use it and just seemed put off. There are a lot of stores in the area and I would suggest you avoid this one solely due to his lack of caring about customer service.

  Not knowledgeable when it comes to pool water tests. They gave me totally immaculate readings and when I questioned the person that was lecturing me on what I needed to do he just went on to tell me what I needed to do. Didn’t offer to retest. Went to a different Leslie’s and they gave me total different reading. Be careful what advice you take!

  Very happy with the service that this store offers on parts and water testing. I've been in there multiple times over the years with broken pool filter parts and I think the woman's name is Randi?? who was very helpful with assisting me and getting me out the door with what I needed. I know some of their products are a little expensive but to me it's worth it to have employees like her working there helping out customers with in-house parts and assembly rather than waiting days if not weeks from purchasing things online.
