I'm a pool tech that drove 26 minutes away from my route. The door says they open at 7:00am; the phone says they open at 7:00am. The website says that they're open and nobody's here. It's 8:00 a.m. you all need to get your act together nobody does business like this. Whoever is running the store should be fired.

Needed a part for a customers pool arrived at 9 on Saturday. Waited 20 min no one showed up.
Forgot Leslie’s is a clown show failing company. Us pool contractors have to pay retail pricing on Pentair products so what’s the point. Just use them when our distributor is closed but again that seems useless as they can’t even open on time. Sure 5 minutes late is whatever but 20-30 minutes past open and still no one?

Big fan of the quality of Leslie chemicals and the brand has normally been fantastic but avoid this location if you're looking to pick up orders. Staff was busy stocking shelves so I waited at the counter, then they threw attitude when attempting to pickup and online order. I sought to simply purchase the chems outright, but not go. Went down to the location on Ray and received the regular friendly and courteous service I had come to appreciate.

Second Leslie’s in a row this morning that is not open during published hours. It’s 8:35 and doors are locked. I guess I’ll stick to B&B Pools or some other small business that actually shows up during published hours.

Not trustworthy. I bought a pool robot 2 yr and 1 mo ago (2 yr warranty by the way) and the purpose of buying the one I did, was because the sales rep said it's worth it, as if it needs repairs, they fix these brands in store. Only to find out that they do not fix mine in store and the one I had only had parts for those under warranty, so it's not fixable.
It gets better - I asked about their robots in store and wanted to know the difference between the $1200 and $1600 robot. The answer was one is cordless and the other is not. Then I pointed out the picture shows a cord and he said it's the charging cord. I only could say, I don't think a charging cord is 70ft. Thank you, goodbye.
Do your homework and don't ask their advice, it will cost you more.
