  Outstanding Customer Service & Great Inventory - Even though I was a new owner of an old in-ground pool just 6 weeks ago, Don and the staff at Leslie's on Paoli Pike helped me understand and find solutions for my pool in TREMENDOUS fashion, such that the pool became clear and blue in just 3 weeks of going to Leslie's (starting at near-black). All staff, but especially Don, are always willing to kindly and thoughtfully answer technical questions about chemical balance, equipment, solutions, and future projects. They ask great questions of me, to better understand my equipment and setup; and always give however much time I need to understand, even when they're juggling several customers at once. Even though balancing inventory, making sales, answering questions, testing water, and explaining equipment is a lot for a small staff, the team at this store does it with polish - and should be recognized for their outstanding support and customer service. Even though I intended to shop around pool stores in the area, after coming to this Leslie's first (by chance), I quickly realized I didn't have to go anywhere else for my pool solutions for the summer, and that's just a testament to the excellent and kind support the staff here provide. ...5 stars, Paoli Pike Leslies!!

  I'm just getting a little tired of the attitude from the green haired staff girl at this location. Every time I'm in there for our hot tub supplies and I have a question I feel like I'm on borrowed time with her. After maybe half-answering a question I have that's related to my hot tub (a $10,000 purchase that I bought from Leslies!) she seems to be done with me. Today, again, I told her the problem I was having with the test strips. But, I guess my time was up, because she just ignored that altogether. Her attitude every time I'm there makes me want to avoid going in to this location.

  I am so happy there is a new pool supply closer to our home. I have only delt with the employee named Greg and he is very helpful. He is very smart and goes out of his way to be helpful. He is a big asset to the company, where as other pool supply stores don't take the time like he does. Please make sure he knows this because after being in retail myself for many years he is an asset to the company.
