  Came to get shock. Note on door says, be back in twenty minutes. The guy shows up, takes the note off the door, unlocks it, never says a word to us. We walk in, he never addresses us. We turned and walked out. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a long time.

  On 9-29-25- They are supposed to open at 10 o’clock on Sundays, but no one would answer the phone after multiple calls until 12:30. Then when someone finally answered the phone, she was extremely rude, but I still decided to go and try to get some filter sand because they were the only ones open in town. I arrived at 2:45 they were closed with a sign on the door saying “ be back at 4:45 “. This place is a real train wreck. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will never go back. I went to Ewing pools in town and got what I needed the next day at a cheaper price.

  Google says closes at 6:00 on Sunday. The door says 5:00. The door was locked at 4:00. Drove a hour to get there waited 45 minutes and then left wont be back.

  Adrienne is always so helpful and super friendly. I appreciate that she doesn't try to sell/push products that aren't necessary. Finally decided to do the free water testing there (test strips cannot really give you an accurate picture).... and I can already see the issues of my pool being resolved. I love that I get step by step instructions that include specified amounts for each chemical with a timeline, as well as other helpful tips and precautions that you should adhere to. No longer feeling overwhelmed!!
