- ACAPRIL CONLONAug 19, 20251.0Called today to see if they tested water. Was told yes and confirmed no charge for this service. When I got to store with sample I was told I was required to have an account with them to have water test service. This was not explained during phone inquiry. Said I needed to know how many gallons pool holds, pool surface, and many other details about pool to open account which I did not have. SCAM. Just trying to gain info. in order to upsell on their products. This is not needed for water test. Very poor customer service. Bad experience. Will not return to this store again.

The gentleman who helped me was super nice and even saved me money by figuring out exactly what I needed without selling me the whole part. Straight forward and I appreciate that. Would recommend and shop here again.

Any issues I have ever had they come out within 24 to 48 hours and fix it. Their prices are more then fair and their employees are very professional. I would recommend them to everyone!
