I needed a new pool heater and wanted to increase the size from 250 BTU to 400 BTU. I went to the store in Roswell, where I was informed that I needed a site inspection first. I paid about $4,000 and scheduled the inspection. The technician came out, examined everything, and confirmed that there was no problem with increasing the heater size to 400 BTU I was to someone would call to schedule an appointment and they did and see scheduled the installation for December 5th between 9 and 12 when the installer finally showed up he said wheres the heater? seems he forgot to bring or schedule to have it delivered then he disappeared without explaining what happened our what was next so I called again and set up a second appointment on the 19th between 9 and 12 this time no one showed or called a second half day of work lost, this time I called the local store and was told that the manager here in Roswell and was told that the bigger heater wouldn't work ? wow I have a paid site inspection saying it will and a paid invoice for the 400 BTU heater  I needed a new pool heater and wanted to upgrade the size from 250 BTU to 400 BTU. I went to the store in Roswell and was informed that I needed a site inspection first. I paid about $4,000 and scheduled the inspection. The technician came out, examined everything, and confirmed that there was no problem with increasing the heater size to 400 BTU. I was told that someone would call to schedule an installation appointment, and they did. The installation was scheduled for December 5th, between 9 AM and 12 PM. However, when the installer finally arrived, he asked, "Where's the heater?" It seemed he forgot to bring it or to schedule its delivery. He then disappeared without explaining what happened or what the next steps would be. I called again and set up a second appointment for December 19th, between 9 AM and 12 PM. This time, no one showed up or called, resulting in another half day of work lost. I decided to contact the local store, where I spoke with the manager in Roswell. To my surprise, I was told that the larger heater wouldn't work. This was shocking because I had a paid site inspection confirming that it would work, along with a paid invoice for the 400 BTU heater. I went into the store and talked to the store manager and am waiting to hear back, but needless to say, i am very disappointed and losing confidence in their "expert advise"
