- SRSteve RichardsonJul 17, 20251.0I have been going to the Fishers, Indiana store for 5 years, and I have seen at least that many Store Managers go through. There is a different face behind the counter every month. One Manager tells me to use a certain product and the next tells me to NEVER use that product. They are always having IT issues and can’t help with ordering a product. The current Manager who boldly tells me that he has been doing pool chemicals for 5 years, while I have had my pool for more than 20 years. And he is NOT a pleasant person. I will be switching to Pools of Fun!
- JVJacob VlhaMay 22, 20251.0Stopped in here seeking help for a ring on a sand filter. I didn't know what I had but I took pictures of it and he didn't seem interested in looking at it. Since I didn't know what brand I had he didn't care to help me. So I went to Family Leisure and they were happy to see me and got me hooked up. If you want actual help you may as well just go check out Family Leisure. They were happy to help. I even called them from inside this store and they were more helpful on the phone than the guy I asked for help here Face-to-face. They had everything in stock and I was able to purchase more items from my pool that I didn't know were replaceable. Maybe they need to hire staff that actually enjoys their job. I understand that they are a small place and probably wouldn't have what I needed in stock but I would have bought it there if he would have helped me. I also work in customer service and understand that small purchases can turn into big ones. He made me feel like he didn't have time to help me with a simple item that probably goes bad all the time. What's the point of having a pool store if you don't have experts in pools?

He helped us find the perfect pool robot and pool supplies. Everyone else at the store is also helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough about their customer service, friendly atmosphere and great support. Thank you!.
