- TFTerry FSep 1, 20252.0I placed an on-line order for in-store pickup, thinking "what could go wrong?" The guy behind the counter was cheeky, and dismissive. My order was very large and required a hand-truck. Once he reluctantly went to the back to get it, he returned and set the order on the hand-truck in the middle of the store and walked away. Had he offered to help me load it, I probably would have declined. I get the feeling that this location could care less about customer service. We are new to Waco, but not new to Leslie's (West Plano location). I guess we will try out Lake Air Pool Supply.

The staff continues to treat you uneducated when you are asking questions trying to get answers!! If it isn't in the ground or spa you get the impression they don't want your business. Reminds me of the pool place in bellmead that was open for 50 years and is no longer in business. They treated us tge same way!!
