- JMj morrisJul 9, 20251.0Went in there Saturday for water testing. Counter help (dark hair) shorter gentlemen was somewhat rude during our testing. Recommended all kinds of stuff $140 later tested the water at home and results are all over the place. He was also very short with his answers. We are new pool owners and had a lot of questions, he kept saying "just follow the instructions." Wow no wonder people use home testing services.

He made sure I was satisfied and the situation was made right. While I was waiting for my turn, I saw Jeremy take extra time to patiently explain water test results to an elderly customer. He was extremely helpful and professional. I won't be returning to the Airline store, even though it's more convenient. Listening to my concerns and resolving them is worth dealing with the extra traffic.

Only the one on airline is trash the manager Adrian at the location by Lowe’s is the most disrespectful unprofessional I’ve seen in awhile.
