    TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!! In May 2024 I purchased a Polaris 280 sweep at this store (43rd at 290 in Houston. The back up valve has just failed. It is split in two. I went to the store thinking they would help me with warranty administration. BOY, WAS I WRONG ABOUT THAT!!!!!!!. I arrived to find a hand-lettered sign on the front door that read 10 MIN Restroom Brake. The door was locked. 20 MINUTES LATER!!!!!!! this kid comes walking up with bag that apparently held a lunch and soft drink he had purchase nearby. I explained what I needed. I showed him pictures of my receipt and the failed part. His command of the English language was poor at best, but he found my account. Then he said he didn't know what to do next and would have to call his manager. Things ended when he had the manager - Eric, I think his name - speak to me using their speakerphone. Basically, the manager told me that they don't assist with warranty, wouldn't help and finished saying "you have to go to the Polaris web site." Nice, huh? No, "I'm sorry, I wish we could help you" just . "YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE POLARIS WEB SITE." What totally worthless experience.
