I called about having my pump repaired. I was told to bring it right in, the repairs could be done in 10-15 minutes. I explained that I was at work and couldn't bring it in until the evening. The person on the phone (who I later found out was the General Manager) explained that this would be after he was gone for the day but that he would make the repairs first thing in the morning. So, I dropped it off that evening. The following morning I received a voicemail from the General Manager that he had received the pump but didn't know what repairs he was supposed to be doing because details were not left with the pump. I returned his call about 45 minutes later (approximately 10 am). I was informed that he left to go to another location but would be back later in the day. When I called in the early afternoon I was told that the GM was not in and would not be returning that day. I returned to the store to pick up the pump. While I was there, an employee called the GM. The GM informed me that he was currently at another location looking to see if they had the part in stock. While on the phone with me he called out to someone else to see if the part was in stock. After 3 or so minutes, he came back on the line to tell me that he didn't have it in stock. He then informed me that it would take 7-10 days to order the part. When I asked for clarification about this he hung up. This GM is clearly in the business of providing terrible customer service and lying to customers. I contacted corporate customer service and was told that the area manager would contact me: they did not. I will NEVER give my business to this or any other Leslie's.
