Mike was terrific, answering all our questions without trying to sell us anything. Ultimately we did buy some items there we already thought we needed. We will definitely be doing business with them going forward.

Watched the worker come outside Relock the door and go to his car ) I've only been here a couple times but each time I don't really feel like they listen and just try to sell me some big crap I don't need for my little pool😔. And now this time here, and they're closed before closing. Specialty places like this Wonder why people go to Amazon and Walmart to get supplies. The people at the parma store are much nicer and helpful and listen.And every time I went during their open hours, they're actually open.
