Waited until 9:10 when the workers finally came to work (I thought they were just in the back of the store, but they hadn’t even arrived yet). I was told I couldn’t come in and needed to wait outside longer so they could open the register. Not an apology or any acknowledgement that there were people waiting on them. Got in my car and went to Namco. Won’t be back to Leslie’s. Horrible service and rude workers.
