- ABAngie BarefootSep 23, 20251.0We purchased a motor $812 on 2/11/25. It’s 9/23/25 and the motor has issues. It’s not been even a year. Getting customer service at this place is ridiculous. They are rude and clueless on anything. I had to show proof of our purchase and now it’s going to take 2 weeks or more before we can replace the motor. We will never do business with them again. We went with them on the price - we should have went to our pool Hallmark and just paid the extra cost. We wouldn’t even have this issue with them. Do not do business here if you want someone who knows what they are doing. They are a joke.
