- DDDon DeGrayMay 29, 20251.0Had a terrible customer experience here yesterday. The general manager here did not want to accept a store credit I had from a Leslie’s in Enfield. His reasoning was because I had an image of the receipt which had a barcode on it. The associate in Enfield instructed me to take a picture of the receipt because they use thermal paper that makes the information difficult to see over time. He tried to insult me saying that it was like “taking a picture of cash and trying to buy something with it”. What a joke. Retail businesses go out of their way to maintain continuity across stores, but not Leslie’s. It’s no wonder their stock is in the toilet at eighty-two cents per share. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anybody.
