I get a great price for my chlorine tabs for my pool and going to pick it up is very easy when they offer delivery. It’s great. The young men that worked there helped put the chlorine in my car for me very sweet gentlemen!!

My pool vacuum was increasingly getting stuck on the drain causing the pool walls getting ugly. I called the mfg who recommended ENCANTADA POOLS as the authorized dealer but they only deal with new pools, not repairs. They recommended me to Leslie’s Pools on Broadway & Pantano. I called them & spoke with John - Very! Helpful on the phone; very Helpful in person! Fixed the vacuum! Yeah! Great Customer Service! I highly recommend this location! 7955 E Broadway Blvd (7a-6p).

Great service I do rely on from time to time, need parts or chemicals or waterless.

Do not get your water tested here.
I wanted to see if testing my water at the store was accurate as testing myself (with strips or my taylor kit) and I confirmed it is not. The tests at the store are WILDLY inaccurate. Do not trust any pool store to advise you on your pool’s chemistry.

Don’t take your water to get tested here.
My pool was cloudy after being away for two weeks, so I shocked the pool twice in a week and it cleared up quickly. After it was clear, I tested my water with a few test strips and it showed high chlorine, but I had a hard time discerning the ph level, so I decided no harm having the store test it.
The store had the opposite results from the test strips, it said it had zero chlorine, high stabilizer (I haven’t used cya since I last drained the pool), and low alkalinity. I used my Taylor test kit after being skeptical of the results from this store and it confirmed that their tests have ZERO validity.
My advice, just use test strips or even better a Taylor test kit to evaluate your pool’s chemistry. The people at these stores have ZERO clue what they’re talking about and their “equipment” is extremely unreliable.
