I had my last experience with Leslie's on Bryant. After paying for my $200 order and moving my car to the pick up area, practically nothing I paid for was in stock and then had to wait inline to get a refund- and then also go elsewhere to get the stuff our pool needed. My adult children laughed at me for being overly impatient, then two weeks later one of them was treated so rudely by the same manager. 2 long time clients not going back. Its sad, because they employ nice people there and the old manager who passed away was a pool genius. This guy is not representing the company well. I'll spend my money somewhere else

I entered the store to find it completely empty of all employees and customers. The back door was open to the storage area and the door to the outside was opened as well. I placed my water sample in the bin and walked around the store for a couple of minutes and even went back to the front door to make the bell ring hoping to alert the employees to a customer entering. While continuing to wait, another customer walked in to just me standing at the front desk patiently waiting. We both went to the back attempting to locate any employee. I walked through the open door to check and make sure someone wasn’t out back hurt or simply unaware at which time 2 employees came out of the parts area and scolded me for being in the back area that is clearly not for customers. As I was simply making sure there wasn’t another human in need of help for some reason, I was scolded yet again by the second vacant employee. I politely explained, with no one in the store to help I was simply trying to find an employee. He rudely told me I should just wait till they return. I told him I had been there for 5 minutes and he harshly told me I had not. I asked for my water sample and exited their store for the last time. I’ve shopped at this location for 20 years but that is a thing of the past. Rude employees sure can make a difference in the failure of a business.
