  Had this displeasure of dealing with Anthony who apparently holds a management position. Took Polaris in for repairs. Picked it up a week later only to discover that it had been put back together improperly. Anthony insisted that WE had to have had someone else work on it because his people would never have put it together wrong. Neither my husband or I know how to perform work on it or we wouldn't have taken it in & paid $265 for it to be repaired. Rather than fix it, which would have taken 2 minutes to fix as we found out later at Pinch A Penny, Anthony proceeds to tell is it needs a new part & he's not going to just give us the part for free. We left thoroughly disgusted & disappointed with the total lack of customer service & professionalism we received from Anthony. We stopped in at Pinch A Penny Pool Supply on a whim on the way home & they literally took less than 2 minutes to put the Polaris back together properly. No new part needed. No charge. Still no response from the District Manager after contacting Leslie's corporate 6 days later.

  Lucky if this location ever answers the phone. They sometimes are closed during their normal hours. Used to be run well but the last couple years they have gone downhill.

  Erans rd location Staff has much knowledge, but very short staffed, I had to wait in line for 20 minutes just to Exchange a product, and this was my second visit... the line was longer the first time (each time only 1 employee on duty). It's Saturday, I'm sure a busy day for them? The Leslie's at 281 and 1604 always has 2, 3 or 4 employees on duty on every visit, but the Evans location is closer....

  I had great service from the people who work there. Good info. Get what you pay for!
