- SFsharon franklinAug 27, 20251.0Purchased a gallon of algicide from the store and not only was the child proof cap not on securely but the white seal under the cap was removed. Half a bottle ended up on the front seat of my NEW car causing almost $5,000 in damages. They refused to pay for it…said they are not responsible once a chemical leaves their store. Seriously???? There were 2 levels of concern…the supposed CHILD PROOF CAP and the seal that was removed and you think I must have opened it and then poured it on my seat?? TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Save yourself aggravation and visit a local pool store. Big box companies are all about the bottom dollar and could care less about the customer. Shame on you Leslie Pool’s!!!

On one occasion, I returned a part that didn’t fit. They didn’t have the correct size in stock, but instead of just sending me away, they went the extra mile to help me find it online—making sure it would arrive in time for a holiday party. That level of care and follow-through is rare these days, and it’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and straightforward forward. I highly recommend giving him a call or stopping in to see him for whatever it is you need for your pool.
