  This is the place to go when you want up to date technology for your pool they are Not dated back to the Niandorthal days like the ones north i10 Larane Cowen Rd those people are back in the stone Age. How ever Leslie Pools keeps up to date on modern technology And Do know what they are selling you where as the other one is just guessing as to what you need I had experienced from them and they also do not stand behind there Product's absolutely No type of integrity at all. How ever Leslie Pools Will stand behind there products and technology 👍🏻

  I went into Leslie's Pool store today for the first time, and I will absolutely return! There were a couple of customers ahead of me, so I strolled around a bit, and they have everything! Chemicals, equipment, toys, towels, goggles, hats- EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your pool or spa. The clerk (Lawrence C) was so friendly and helpful, and he clearly knew what he was talking about- he even explained the chemical composition of their chlorine tablets! 😀 I didnt bring enough water to test (they do free water testing) but he gave me a complimentary bottle for next time, and listened as I explained what my pool issues were. Then he carefully and thoroughly explained the products I would need, as well as how to use them. I left with a detailed paper for the steps I would need to take, which he filled out as he explained. Once I got home, I had 2 questions, so I had to call back 2 times... He remembered me right away, which was nice because I know he was really busy just before I arrived. But he answered my questions and ensured me that I was not being a pain. Great customer service, knowlegable staff, organized store, and easy location. I would definitely reccommend Leslie's. I used to go to Wal-Mart, but never again. The products sold there are of a much lower quality, (for basically the same price), and they dont have pool specialists at Wal-Mart. I left Leslie's feeling confident and excited about getting my pool ready for summer! And they offer a guarantee (at least in the stuff I bought) so its the obvious place to go. I asked if they offer pool cleaning services, and Lawrence said if I wanted a pool guy to come clean, he could recommend one, but that the store goal is to make pool care so easy, you you should never need someone to do it for you. 👍 100% satisfied with my experience.

  Wouldn’t recommend bringing your water here for testing. My husband and I were setting up our own pool, we have hard water so we figured that was the reason the yellow water looked green against the blue liner. My husband read we should bring our water in to be tested for metals and they would know what to give us. So we brought it in and they tested it and said no metal showed up, we don’t need any metal remover. We thought that was pretty weird since we have hard water. They said to just shock it and that should fix the problem. So we shocked it, no change, shocked it again, nothing. Once the chlorine level was down I went ahead and ordered Metal Out from amazon, added it to the pool, the next evening it was crystal clear. If we had just not listened to these guys we would have saved ourselves the trouble and frustration and the money we spent wasting our shocking treatments.
