  I was really disappointed during my visit today. I am a new pool owner and expressed that to the man helping me. I gave a water sample to see what I need to do further. They printed off my paper and circled what was needed and that was it. Didn’t help me find the supplies or help me understand what I needed to do. Once I found my items that I believe I needed…. The woman at the register was just ad unfriendly and unwelcoming. I would avoid this location.

  Had the PVC Hayward Filter adapters I needed today. The GM was awesome and the new “in training” person was super helpful. Great store, had the hard to find fittings and parts needed today. Great store, will recommend.

  We just bought our first hot tub and went into Leslie’s to find out how to take care of it. The staff is courteous and explains every step in maintaining our spa. They go above and beyond to help you! Thank you!

  The reason this store is 5 star is because of the Manager, Shelby, she is so detail oriented and customer friendly. No question is dumb, unless she knows you. LOL! She is very knowledgeable of all things pool and spa. They better keep her.
