Update: Still a 1 star, they did not offer support or a solution. They in fact did not love the chance to dive back in and make it better. Find another store.

She said there’s was nothing I can do to go somewhere she didn’t even try to see if she can fix it. Thank god the store manager was walking in and got it taken care of and I was able to buy the part that I needed and the problem had a solution when Lensey said there was nothing she can do but she was just been lazy and not to mention the dirty looks she was given me.
