- RLRichard LaBreckAug 25, 20251.0Won't be back. Today I went in to get a closing kit. The sign said 57.99 . At checkout they tried charging me 80. I pointed out the sign. He said that only if you are in the system already. But he would give it to me at that price. He lied. I was in a hurry and didn't notice till k got home he still charged me over listed price. 10 dollars more. I know its only 10 dollars but I don't think it's good business to do customers wrong. There are other pool supplies stores.

He explained the steps I need to take to maintain my pool. Straightforward. I left feeling good and condifent about what to do. Originally, I was going to go to a different location. I'm so glad I didn't. I would highly recommend Martin at Leslie's pool supplies 😀
- SLSteve LAug 16, 20255.0I recently had my 22 year old pentair whisperflo pump go out, and brought the old motor up to see if there was something available to replace it. Martin was super helpful and helped me figure out the right motor and the rebuild kit that contained the new shaft seals. He happened to have the motor in stock and it was about $100 less than the other local place. I just wanted to say thanks for the help! The pool is up and running to finish the season, and I’ll be in in February to order a new pump from Martin before the pool gets opened next year!
- RVRene VelazquezAug 10, 20254.0I hate to give Leslie's only 4 stars, but it balances out the negative stars I need to give the Polaris VRX iQ+ Smart Robotic Pool Cleaner Caddy. Since I bought it last year... it fell apart 2x and I've now resorted to GLUE. It's a terrible product. I had to post a review here because the manufacturer won't allow me to post a review on their site. As far as Leslie's pool store... I absolutely love them. The staff, their knowledge, the products, all top notch. Such a great store!! The robot cleaner is awesome, top of the line, but the caddy to help store it away, complete garbage. It needs a re-design.
