Very knowledge and helpful every time. What they don't have in the store can easily be ordered online and is delivered within a day or two it's amazing.
- JRJanine RisaniJul 29, 20251.0awful service! after waiting outside in the heat for their "break" to be over the guy came off like he could not be bothered. Once he started to help me, 2 other people entered & he mumbled under his breath "it doesn't pay to take a break" like excuse me if you dont wanna work then dont work UGH! So he prints out my water test results & he just gives me the sheet. I said to him you're gonna need to walk me through this as to what I need because I don't know what any of this means since my husband is the one normally who takes care of it. He decided to literally read me the sheet. I said I can read, I need to know what I need to do & buy to put in my pool. So he tells me I need chlorine, hardness, and alkalinity - ok fine. I call my husband to find out if I even need to buy these things because maybe we have them at home and he tells me yes you need to get all of it. The guy working there decides to just walk me to the tablets and then walks back to the counter. My husband said is he not helping you? because normally they should be gathering what you need and bringing it to the counter for you I told him no, he's not helping me and then I got mad. The guy was very rude again and attitude like I can't be bothered, but in the end, he put the buckets of chemicals on a dolly and walked them out to the car Said to me "im sorry for the inconvenience" - But you know what it didn't even matter at that point I was aggravated. I was in there for 30 minutes for something that should've just taken 10. And now I won't go back even though it's five minutes from my house. I will be going to the one in Commack from now on.
