The staff is unpleasant. Seems like they don't want to be there. We came in to get our pool water tested. No acknowledgment from either employee. The guy doing the testing just held his hand out for the sample. While the test was running he was on his phone. When the test finished and the papers printed out, he just handed them to us. Didn't say anything until I asked a question. Didn't try to sell anything. If we knew what we needed to do the fix our pool issues we would have purchased what we needed while we were there. We won't be buying anything there now.
The other employee was opening rolls of change into the registers because that seemed important to be doing. A customer came in to buy bags of something. She told him to drive around back and pick it up. He shouldn't have had to ask four questions to figure out how to get his purchased items.

Not open and no employees in evidence at 9am, when it was supposed to open. Other customers also waiting outside and noted it had happened before. Drove down Rt 1 to National and had no issues instead.

Waited until 15 minutes after they were supposed to open before I called. Phone didn't even ring. Why post hours on the door and online if you're not going to open your business?
