Then the lady spoke to me like I was a child because I told her i thought that was a bad policy. Then after she tested my water she began to berate me for using Walmart products (which I don't usually do but the pool supply was closed and I hadn't found a new one since we moved here). After she told me I needed chlorine she then turned to the next customer and didn't even offer to help me find what I needed. I was very disappointed with the service. I wish my old pool supply store was closer so I could continue to shop there.😔
