What a disaster of a store. Understaffed and incompetent. I brought my Polaris vacuum in to be fixed which was bought from them and still under warranty. The vacuum sat in the back unfixed for 2 weeks. I tried to call the store and nobody answered the phone. I took my vacuum and got it fixed elsewhere same day. Turn around, these people don’t know what they’re doing.

This store was closed during normal business hours. Tuesday at 2 pm with a line of customers outside and no one answering the phone. Waited 20 min.
Recommend Rockland Pool in Rockland or Aqua Jett in Pembroke. Both locally owned small business.

Absolutely terrible experience. I’m a newly single mom of 3 boys trying to open my pool by myself for the first time. I needed a new filter and a part for the skimmer bucket. After being looked over twice and helping other customers that came in after me, neither employees were any help whatsoever. I had model number and specs of what I needed but the employee walked around the store just looking at stuff on the shelves and waited for me to Google the model numbers for him. He did not offer to look it up online or see if anything was in stock out back or close by; he was utterly useless. As we stood there, my little boys started getting restless and joking around and were literally hugging each other and laughing. One employee asked if I could do something about my kids and asked “were they playing chicken”, (not sure what that even means?! ). And then the other chimed in rudely saying he was having a hard time hearing. So moral of the story; don’t expect any actual help from anyone working here and certainly don’t bring kids.

I need corporate to engage and fix the issues with this store. Ten separate times this summer my husband or I have come to test water at the store where we also spend hundreds on chemicals and have been told they “don’t have testing discs”. When going to another Leslie’s store they inform us that all stores are sent the same amount of disks and that Hanover shows the most in stock which e tells me the employees are refusing to do water test either because they lack the skill or will power. Neither is acceptable since I presume the business model of offering “free” water tests, is to generate revenue from the sale of recommended chemicals. Completely unreliable and the employees refer clients to Namco… do better!
