  Visited the store at 75th and cactus re the fact that the timer on the pool pump did not work. The associate gave me the part number and referred me to the store at 52nd and Peoria where ,she said, I could request a repair. I went in the store and the lady said that the she'd spoken to the 75th ave store. She placed the part on the counter. I asked if someone could install it. To which she replied, It's not that hard." I said, I don't mess with electricity." She replied, "Just turn the power off." She then said, "let me ask if someone can install it." She turned to a man sitting at the end of the hall area, (about 30 feet)and asked. He didn't even bother to come to the counter. He said, "Go on line at Leslie Pools. They show how to do it.." 1.I was not comfortable making the repair, and 2. What wonderful customer service. I'll never set foot in Leslie's again.

  Employees are always helpful and nice. This location seems less corporate. Prefer to go here over the one less than a mile down the road

  Vicky and her staff are an awesome group. Helped us with our motor and filter. They have great knowledge of pool repair and can diagnose a problem with just us telling them what sound the motor is making. recommend for anyone.
