- TRTina RoyJun 22, 20251.0I quit using Leslie pools ,in Fort Wayne ,years ago. Their customer service is terrible. Everytime I call, I have to call repeatedly to get them to answer the phone. Then they act like im an interruption. Rarely do they have what I need, which I know they never look because they dont put me on hold. They put my chlorinator on and replaced my sand in my fliter. I called the next pool season for help a d they told me they do NOT service or have service workers. I explained they did work for me previosly, and they basically called me liar. Rudeness100%.
