  We have been customers at this store (#1004, San Pedro and HWY 1604 in San Antonio) for approx. 8 years. Recently, our Polaris pump motor broke and needed replacement. My wife went to the store and the clerk ordered the part. She watched him input the information on the computer, but unknown to her, the clerk failed to hit the "send" button, and the order didn't go through. Two weeks later, my wife inquired about the order, and the manager she spoke to discovered the mistake. The order was finally sent in. The assistant manager sent to order, but had it sent to a store in Fort Worth. My wife received email notification that the pump had arrived, but when she went to pick it up, it was discovered that the pump was sent to a store in Fort Worth! The manager called Fort Worth and had the pump sent to San Antonio. The pump was delivered, and the manager scheduled a service person from the store to install the pump. Today, when the installer arrived (not the individual she told us would come), and they didn't have the pump. He had to go back to the store to pick it up. All this time (six weeks) we were without a Polaris, Poor service to say the least. I would give zero stars were this an option. Edit added after owner's response: The response sounds auto-generated. Were they sincerely concerned, they would reach out to me and not have me call some 1-800 number off shore.

  Zero customer service only care about up selling you chemicals you don’t need.

  My pool gurus. Tyler always seems to be working when I go and always has the right advice. Tried chemicals elsewhere too and the quality difference is always apparent.

  Smaller store but has always had everything I need for my pool. More importantly, every time I have gone the staff has always been extremely helpful.
