They know their product and always guide us in the right direction. Charlie has always gone up and beyond for our pool needs throughout the years. Sadly, this year the store has been understaffed each time I’ve come in. The lines are intense with many customers just leaving without making a purchase. As a company this really doesn’t look very good to the consumer, especially since it’s pool season.
