  Lady was nice. But I hoped to find somewhere that would let me ask questions and find out what works best for my system. Was told to go watch lots of YouTube videos & repeatedly told I shouldn't have converted my hot tub to salt water. When asking why, the answer was "its not recommended". Still asked why & got the same response except she added that its too small for salt water and that its only recommended for pools with hot tubs attached. Only help that was offered was to bring in a water sample, even after I said we were draining the hot tub to start over. I will find somewhere else to go so I can leave with the proper products and advice because I had hoped to leave with the products today to start over.

  My fiance and I are new to the pool game and we need a lot of guidance. We've been going to Lelie''s for a couple months now and every time we go in, Mel is always kind and helpful. Yesterday, she and Wes spent time with us discussing exactly what we need to get our pool balanced so we can get sparkling water again. Mel is so knowledgeable and helpful and you could tell she really takes time to invest in her employees to teach them to exude her high level of customer service. We won't get our pool supplies anywhere else. The one thing I will say is owning a pool is expensive and can be time consuming. If you want to have a clean, safe pool to enjoy, you have to be prepared to spend money on chemicals to achieve that.

  Stopped into this location today to get my water tested and the $5 float. Mariah tested my water and gave me a very informative paper detailing the steps to balance my pool. Mel walked me through step by step and sold me what I needed. This staff here has always been helpful, friendly, and funny. I always walk out smiling. Great Store.

  Worst experience ever do not go here…. Rude as hell I brought a water sample from a pool supplier that’s near my house tbey were closed so I came here to get water sample tested… I have never experienced such disrespect in my life as a customer! Over and over again about this other company I guess mad because I came there only because my local supplier was closed for 4th of July today! I don’t ever recommend this place for anything

  I don’t normally write reviews but decided to share some outstanding service I received from Mel and her team at Leslie’s. I’m new at the pool game. I’ve been to this location a few times and each time I’m greeted as soon as I walk in and purchased what I needed to everything I need to keep my pool sparkling. Mel is very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I’ve read some of the reviews for this store and I’ve never experienced those complaints. I think it might be more of an issue with high expectations of the customer. The employees test my water, highlight the important parts and go over it with me. The rest is up to me as the pool owner. I will add I’ve been to this store during a busy day and she was the only one working. There was a line to test water and 2 waiting to check out. The phone was also ringing and a supply truck was there. She had her hands full. She still managed to get it all in control and still was kind and helpful to everyone in the store. Please don’t skip on this store due to some bad reviews. Some people are just not happy no matter what you do.
