  Bought a chlorine floater here just over a month ago and it’s now sinking to the bottom of my pool. Doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with it that I can see but somehow the seal has allowed water inside. Took it to the store to see if they would exchange or replace it… apparently since it’s over a month since the purchase, they don’t stand by their products. Not a big deal, but I’ll drive the extra distance to get the cheap stuff at Walmart. Two stars only for decent help at the counter, but Leslie’s Pool Supply, if you’re listening, you need to standby your products if they fail. Why would I buy a product through you again at a twice the price if you don’t stand by the product you sell? A $19 floater cost you thousands of dollars of future sales from me. 🤷‍♂️

  Not the cheapest but, and this is a big BUT, ONLY POOL STORE IN TOWN THAT I KNOW OF that is open on Sunday. The folks behind the counter are friendly and helpful. And they almost always have what you are looking for including PARTS! LOCATION IS EASY IN-and-OUT.

  I went into this place to have someone look at my pool sweep. I explained to the girl there what parts that I had previously replaced , and was hoping to get some input, but instead i got verbally abused by this girl how said she was the Manager! Anyway I kept talking with her to get her opinion on what she thought and I got more verbal abuse , that I was running my pool sweep to fast , and I told her no I was not, and she kept on insisting that I was wrong and I was running it to fast and wearing it out. I was hoping to get, " let me take it apart and take a look at it and I will call you and let you know what is wrong". I will never go back to be abused again. Ralph Baker
