This Leslie's Pool Supplies location has been my family's favorite over the many years we've been coming here. Recently we discovered some towels that were on clearance and after trying a couple, we were astonished how wonderful the quality is and were desperate to try to track some more down around the various Tucson locations. Alyssa made it her mission to find more for us and after a month or so, I never dreamed I would get a call informing us of a batch that had been shipped in. We were SO impressed and grateful for that kind of devotion and customer care. The associates here always display that level of consideration and we are so grateful. Alyssa is such a kind, professional and helpful person, she always leaves my family feeling very happy! Thank you again:)

Took my 8-mo old, Leslie's-bought poorly-performing Kreepy-Krawly in for a consult because it always winds up sideways or even upside down. Michael, store manager picked it up and pronounced with confidence there's nothing wrong with it. When asked if it's supposed to run upside down, he admitted it is not. He suggested I check out YouTube (wth!?!). I pointed out the top tube should probably be buoyant, so as to keep it upright. He opined at actually should be a weight, in his experience. Concluding he was not very mechanically astute, I asked if he would do a little research on that specific cleaner for issues and or fixes, since I got it from Leslie's. He agreed and I left. Returned near 6 pm, Michael is not there. Assistant mgr, Josh, disinterestedly proclaims there is nothing wrong with the Kreepy. Deja Vu all over again! Ask if Mike did any research, he doesn't reply but to repeat it's fine. I helpfully point out the top buoyancy tube has a hole, letting it fill with water. He concedes it DOES look like something broke off, so maybe IS a problem. He concludes it should be a weight (ON TOP?!?), and has no idea what to do about it. I leave in search of a bird or lizard to get better advice. A helpful saguaro suggested I put a piece of pool noodle around the top buoyancy tube, and doggone if that didn't do the trick - for now!
