- JHJan HarrisJun 25, 20255.0MAGGIE ROCKS!!! We have had a disaster with a strainer cover, preventing us from running our pump. No one in the area has one. Maggie got on the phone called around and found one for us. She spent 15 or 20 minutes helping us out. She has saved us a bunch of money in algicide which we would endure if we went five days longer with no pump, not to mention, sparing us the disappointment of our grandkids who would go nuts if they didn’t have a pool for their visit.Now *that* is premium customer service! This is why we love Leslie’s!!

- HHHoward HerringMay 8, 20205.0Long story short- My filter pump disintegrated from old age. Two pool services told me replacement would be in excess of $1,400.00. On the way to pick up a pizza (next door) I stopped in to ask the guys in the Oak Hill store if they had any recommendations. Mitch & Zack said it might be possible to just replace a couple of parts so I hauled the whole pump & motor on over. They fixed the whole thing for under $200 (including labor) and it is running like new. They are nice guys and professionals. Go here not just for chemicals but anything you need that is pool related. Top Notch.
