I purchased several items for $197.60 including Algae control on 9/5/25 but Algae wasn't the problem so I didn't need it but was unable to return the product until today. The product was unopened and had no sign of being tampered with. I called ahead of time and got permission to return it for a full refund instead of store credit since I called ahead and made them aware. Upon processing the refund today your system would not except my debit card. It kept declining or invaid chip. There was nothing wrong with the card. Callef my bank afterward. Since it was a system problem I asked if I could have cash. The representative said no. Store credit only. I informed him ok but I had no need for store credit and with his permission prior to today I drove over to this location for the refund as he instructed me to do. After several attempts to process the refund the transaction wouldn't work. I was told I could call an 800 number or get store credit but there was nothing else he could do. I informed him I would never do buisness there again. I then walked out.

These people are down right crooks nor do they care about customer service! Purchased a multi manifold....they gave me wrong one, had to reorder. The next one cracked, leaked...would not return or give money back. Never again nor would I have anyone go there I know!

Unfortunately my pool pump died yesterday afternoon. Im leaving tomorrow the 3rd for vacation and obviously can not leave my pool not running for 7 days. I looked online and found Leslie's and I could have it picked up tomorrow before I leave. So I order it, pay for it and then receive an email it will be ready for pick up Fri July 4 not Thursday the 3rd. I will not be here Friday. I call my local store and the guy really didn't have a clue about anything and couldn't refund my money and gave me an 800 number. This guy basically told me he would "try" to cancel my order. So he finally canceled my order and then says itll take 5-7 days for my refund. To say im pissed off is an understatement. So now no pump, they took my money and I have to shell out another 5-6 hundred dollars to get one here locally. If I go on their website and order it again it STILL says ( before you pay) you can pick it up tomorrow. Absolutely horrible business practice and customer service. I definitely would never use this company.

If there was less than one star I would give it. The staff treats customers like garbage. Last time I was there, and the last time I will ever go there the staff was so rude I walked out. The employee never was polite or even decent from the moment I walked in. My pool water was 3 hours old, so he refused to test it. I told him I respected his integrity and to please test my water. While I was shopping for other things he and the other employee talked loudly and rudely about how "people" don't understand. When the test was done he threw his arms up and said, "well it's swimable...as if I was swimming in a swamp" and said he refused to recommend anything to me. I again said, please, as I just wanted some chemicals. He was so rude when grabbing the chemicals off the shelf I had a had it. I walked out. This is not the first experience I have had there like that. I would never go there again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
