Came back in later in the day and a young man named Brayden assisted me. He was courteous and professional in his approach. Felt good about the experience.
- REronnie eudeyMay 25, 20251.0I will not be back to this location. My wife and I stood at the counter, ready to check out for 15 minutes being completely ignored today. There was ONE customer in the store when I walked in. The girl behind the counter was helping another man with some water tests and advice. I just needed one box of chlorine, so I set it on the counter to wait. While she was helping the first guy, she turned around and read information from the box of chlorine I was trying to buy so she could answer a question he had... So she knew how long we had been waiting. Two other customers walked in while we were waiting and they both wanted to run water tests. After the first guy was done and checked out, she ran water tests for both the guys that came in after me. She checked one of them out, still with me waiting and turned back around to help the second guy. When she went into another longwinded technical explanation of the test results for that guy we turned and walked out, leaving the box of chlorine on the counter. Even though this store is a few blocks from the house, we drove to the Hulen location and made our purchase in less time than she had left us standing at the counter. I'll probably just start buying my chemicals online now. The girl working the counter today around noon just cost you a regular customer.

Appointment booked between 8-12 with a 30 minute call ahead promised. 2 confirmation texts received from Leslies but then no technician turned up and no call to advise of delay. Very disappointed. Poor customer service and care for your time. Do not recommend
