  Employees hate their job and don't care about customers or customer service. Last week I rushed out of work because they close at 6pm and I needed chemicals for my spa. Got there at 530 and the door was locked and lights were off. I called to let them know their hours on the door and online still said they were open until 6 and should be updated yet they answered. The kid said they were open but he had to lock the door so he could go to the bathroom. Apparently you have to turn of all the lights too, including the "open" sign, when it's a quick bathroom break? So clearly this kid wanted to stop working and he was ok screwing customers over. Because of these games, I was on ridge road at 530 and needed to get to chili ave and only had 30 minutes befoe Ace Swim and Leisure closes. Luckily they agreed to stay open a few extra minutes to accommodate me. So Ace stays open to make the sale - while Leslie closes 30 minutes early because of lazy staff. The decision of where to spend your money seems clear. Support businesses that care about you - stop visiting businesses that view a customer as a hassle.

  Short staffed. Employee on duty at W.Ridge Rd store was very patient with my questions even though he was there alone and swamped.

  Kevin and Michael were amazing! Helped me out with a cloudy pool issue and were smiling and helpful even though they were working on a holiday! Truly appreciate the great customer service!!

  0 help and it took ages to checkout for chlorine tablets, next time I’ll just order through amazon
