  I just called to get a quote on a 14,000 gallon, gunite, in-ground, complete filtration system with installation. The manager repeatedly asked me what I needed, and I said everything including a chlorinator. Then, he asked, "Do you need a motor?" I said "yes" and repeated that I need everything, an entire system, with installation. He asked, so you need a motor and a filter. At that point I said, "You are the manager; I don't understand what is unclear." Then, he hung up on me. The people at Leslie's have been wonderful for nineteen years. Not so fortunate Year 20.

  Had a horrible interaction with rude and smug “manager” came in to return unopened bags of sand and was met with sarcastic comments and quizzing me “how do you think I can return this without a phone number on file” - I don’t work at Leslie’s so why are you asking me. The interaction should have went something like “ I can’t return for credit or cash but can offer store credit” ridiculous and rude. Stay away.

  This place went soooooo down hill. Josh and Chris carried the place. I went in and there was a big line. The manager just sat there and did nothing. So one young lady had to take care of everyone. She also wasn’t going of water test she thought everyone was a pool genius. Shame on Jen for forcing Josh out early. She should be punished for tanking that district and especially the Southington location.

  Leslie Pools in Southington, CT has great customer service and staff is knowledgeable of their products and helping you diagnose various issues that come up with Pool and Hot Tubes. Has a great rewards program as well for returning customers! Chris and Josh are both very helpful and the reason I keep going back. They tell you what you need and always honest and do not over sell things you do not need.
