  I brought a product in (different brand) and asked for the same thing. It was a basic product, but I am relatively new to maintaining a hot tub so am not an expert. The salesperson got me a product and told me this was the same thing (in their brand) and it was absolutely not, and has since damaged our tub to the point that we have to completely drain and refill. Do not recommend.

  Terrific service very knowledgeable employees, fully stocked pool supplies and chemicals, offering water testing and helpful advice. They also offer a great loyalty point program.

  If you're new to pool ownership or have questions, the in store staff are generally friendly and knowledgeable. If you're also not a do it yourself person, they are good with repairs as well. The prices are substantially marked up, to the range of 30-40% over what you can find easily online @Amazon or other parts stores. If Leslie's doesnt have your desired part in stock, even paying next-day shipping charges from an online retailer will get you your part delivered a week faster and worst case, the same price as Leslie's. If you don't need your part ASAP, the online will usually have free shipping and be much cheaper. If you do order a part from Leslie's, they won't call you to tell you it's come in. You have to keep calling until it comes in.
