Even when they are busy they take the time to help you go through your water test and how to apply the chemicals. I would definitely recommend this Cherry Hill location if you need anything for your pool.

Paid to have my pool opened and the guy told my wife he needed another part and would get it from the truck and bring her a receipt. He left and never came back. He only removed the plugs and started the pump, that's it. He didn't install the float valve for the auto fill, He left every single fitting off the pool, and didn't even bother with the handrail. He'll, he didn't even have the courtesy to hang the drain hose and he left pressurized and tangled with water. So I did most of the work to open my pool, never got a receipt, but rest assured the charge went through. So bad it is almost laughable. See the two shots for how he left my hose and the parts he didn't install. EDIT: I emailed Leslie's after receiving their reply and they NEVER contacted me. Now I am waiting on hold with their customer service center for a real person (after a cheap AI answered their line). Stay away from these guys, it just keeps getting worse with them. I would refer anyone in South Jersey to Jersey Pools and Spas in Medford.
