  I took a sample of pool water to this company after my child developed a rash from swimming at a B&B in Austin, Texas. The staff tested the water and confirmed that the chemical levels were way off — far too harsh to be safe for swimming. I appreciated that they took the time to explain what the results meant and what likely caused the irritation. Unfortunately, it was disappointing to learn that the pool we stayed at had been so poorly maintained. I’m thankful to this pool supply company for their honesty and professionalism in helping us figure out what went wrong.

  When we bought a pool, our designer told us about Leslie's. We have been customers for three years. I use them regularly to test our water and buy all of our chemicals through them. They have been extremely helpful when my pool is out of balance. Great customer care.

  only location around town that doesn’t actually have a technician to work on pool equipment. If you want a location that hires high school kids who know about as much about pools as my teenager, then this is the location for you.
