Meagan is very knowledgeable and professional she diagnosed issues with my pool cleaner. Wasn’t pushy about selling me a new model, but rather educated me on the differences and price points. Highly recommend this location!

I called my pool company and they said that they don't stock all of different models and would have to order them. I called Leslie's in Prosper and the manager, O.B., said he only had 1 (I needed 4) but he called around and found them in Frisco. I asked him where in Frisco and he said don't worry about it, he would pick them up for me and have them at the store after lunch. Now that is great service!! He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. And to top it off they were $20 cheaper each than from my pool company. I'll definitely keep going back.
