I bought a microwave there and first thought it was odd they opened the microwave and used them as floor models but they had one still in the box but I bought it. It worked for 7 days then would only heat the food randomly and then it stopped heating at all. I brought back to Leons to exchange for a new one and was very surprised to learn that they have an all sales final policy and all appliance regardless of how long you have them have to be dealt with through the manufacture. I was not informed this at the time of sale and I was very shocked. When I called Samsung they informed me that Leons should have filled out a form and submitted it to them to allow me to get an exchange. No one at Leons told me or even offered this to me. Very poor customer services from both Samsung and Leons. Neither wants to stand behind their products they make or sell.

It’s a big and massive store with most of them friendly and helpful sale person Ryan was so helpful. Unfortunately two of the dining table chair delivered as damaged but they took all 6 of them returned the full amount.and the king bed we ordered didn’t turn up on time. Sectional we requested and paid for wooden leg instead of steel it came with steel leg and it’s there we started adjusting with that.
