    Great experience from the Sales Associate Lisa to the delivery driver Tomas. I was late by about 5 minutes for delivery and they waited for me to arrive. Thank you!

    Love our purchase. Delivery guys were the bomb. Had a minor issue with setting up delivery date and time (because they won't let you. You just get told when and if that doesn't work to bad, wait and call to reschedule for another day.).

    Ordered an LG washing machine from Leon’s. I was able to complete the order quickly over the phone without having to go into the store. Leon’s delivery times were roughly a week sooner than other appliance retailers which was nice as our washer had recently stopped working. The delivery team showed up with the washer on time and were careful and professional regarding getting it up to our 2nd floor laundry room and into position. So far the LG WT8200CW has performed flawlessly, but early stages still and will update if that changes.

    We came in and were looking for a bed. We initially dealt with a nice sales guy but in the end I believe it was Emaunual who helped us finalize. He was a manager for sure as he adjusted some prices The bed is fine but what made us upset was we were going to go to Winners to pick up a mattress protector and he tried to sell us theirs. It was around $150. We said it’s ok, we’ll just buy one from Winners. He then asked if he reduced the price on the one thats $250 that comes with pillow protectors and 2 pillows, if we’d take it. We said, sure if they included king size pillows. So we did. When everything was delivered we noticed we got standard sized pillows. We told the delivery guys these were the wrong size pillows and they went and checked and said they didn’t have any others on the truck. We called customer service and talked to Charmy or Charlene or something and explained we wouldn’t have taken the package if we weren’t going to get king size pillows. That we would have went elsewhere because there are better deals. She said if we came in that day, she’d return them and give us $109 refund for the pillows. When we got there, she refused to accept them even though they were still shrink wrapped. I asked to speak to a manager, repeatedly. She refused saying that the only pillows included in the package were standard sized pillows….. I told her I would never have bought the package with king size mattress protector, and king size pillow protectors, if I wasn’t going to get KING size pillows. What am I going to do with King size pillow protectors and no king size pillows to put them on????!!! We then said we wanted to return the mattress protector package and she said no refunds. She was ridiculously rude and the worst customer service rep I have ever encountered. A store employee even came over to try to help her understand, but to no avail. I said it’s simple. You promised me a refund. You are now telling me you won’t give me one for the pillows. Fine. Then all I want are 2 king size pillows that fit the king size bed, bed frame, mattress protector and king size pillow cases that I was sold. Nope. She wouldn’t do that, and still wouldn’t let me talk to a manager. We get that people make mistakes but to have a manager agree to something or promise something only to find out we were lied to just to get the sale, irritates us. And then to have the customer service rep with the worst attitude talk disrespectfully to me, saying “you need to listen” at us was the icing on the cake. We will never step foot in any Leon’s agailn
