Glad to see people got their couches we have been waiting over three weeks. We got rid of our main couch because we thought it was coming last weekend. We still haven't had any updates as to when it's coming.I am extremely disappointed even though daniel tried to reassure us.If you're looking for a couch and you need it, you're not going to get it right away. You'll be waiting for a while. I hate to post bad reviews, but i'm extremely disappointed. Just after this experience of waiting and getting different answers all the time I will never get anything for my home from leons , it was terrible experience with all this waiting , I m sure my comment will not ruin the business , but I just want you to know my experience and I have ordered a lot of stuff over my years and I've never really had any problems in the past ordering furniture and appliances .. I just called the leons store again this is saturday and they just told me another week again ! I chopped up my main coach last weekend because they said it was going to be here the other piece Nove 1st or 2nd and I just got off the phone and they told me another week again .. I've never ever dealt with something like this ..

Bought a stove from Leon’s on Danforth and it was a total nightmare. The manager, Daniel, will tell you whatever you want to hear to close the sale — but don’t believe a word he says. Promises about delivery, warranty, and even the model details all turned out to be false. When I followed up, I got nothing but excuses and contradictions. Customer service was useless — no accountability, no honesty, and no attempt to fix the situation. If you’re thinking of buying here, don’t. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere that actually stands by their word.

UPDATE: Got your reply. It only proves you don’t care about customers. Your own words admit the warranty promise was misleading—shady and unacceptable. ----------------- BEWARE: WARRANTY LIE — TOTAL BAIT-AND-SWITCH. Leon's sold me a warranty 4 years ago. The salesperson explicitly told me that if I didn’t use it, I could get my money back. I even went back a couple of months ago to confirm and was told the same thing. Now, when I try to claim it, suddenly the story changes: I’m told this kind of warranty “didn’t exist until 2022.” Which is it? You can’t sell me a promise, confirm it again, and then pretend it never existed. This is dishonest and infuriating. The customer service was dismissive, evasive, and completely unhelpful—no accountability whatsoever. There are plenty of other places to shop that don’t play games with their customers. Never going back. Save yourself the headache and avoid Leon’s.

Edit: Response to Daniel, as stated, this agreement was what the sales person showed me at the time to get me to agree to the warranty. This salesperson conveniently no longer works there. Extremely shady practice. Misleading Warranty Promise — Beware Before Buying I had a terrible experience with Leon’s. When I purchased furniture, the salesperson explicitly told me that if I bought the warranty and didn’t use it, I’d receive a $200 refund at the end of the term. That was a big reason I agreed to it. Fast forward — I didn’t use the warranty, but Leon’s refused to honour the refund they promised. I was bounced between customer service and the store with zero accountability. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic — sell a warranty with a verbal promise they later deny. I’ve lost all trust in Leon’s and won’t be returning. Buyers should get everything in writing and be very cautious of these “refund” claims. I have added photo of agreement they didn’t honor. That was what the sales person gave me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service and quality! I had a great experience shopping at Leon’s Furniture. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in helping me find exactly what I needed. The delivery was right on time, and the furniture arrived in perfect condition exactly as shown in the store. The quality and comfort of the pieces I purchased have exceeded my expectations. It’s nice to deal with a store that values both customer service and product quality. Highly recommend Leon’s for anyone looking to furnish their home with style and reliability!
