Unfortunately, the individuals who unloaded the couch dragged it off if the back of the truck and then partially dragged it over the threshold, making me concerned that the couch may be damaged. Otherwise the delivery went smoothly.

Everything came in their respected boxes. And service and delivery was very friendly and respectful! They also were very nice on the phone line everytime I had to delay the delivery a few days because of construction delays!and the call the day before for confirmation was also nice. Thanks

Majorly disappointing. Went shopping for a new couch mid sept. Found one we really liked. It was being discontinued. At that time they said we could get one shipped in 6 weeks, or buy the floor model, and get it in 2 weeks. We decided to take the floor model, after chec6k it over. Two weeks later, they show up to deliver it, and the guy instead comes upstairs with photos of our broken couch, asking whether we'd like to accept the delivery and deal with customer service after, or just have them take it right back. We said take it back. For the next two weeks, I called twice a week to follow up, first being told they'd determine if it was fixable, then the guy wouldn't be there till the weekend. Then after the weekend, they said it was fixable and it would be ready that weekend. Finally, 13 days after the initial delivery was supposed to be they called ME (First time I didn't have to ask for more info) and said "actually we can't fix it" and now the option of ordering that one is out. So a month later, I now have to start the process over again... somewhere else.

Paid $300 for installation delivery and take away of our old dishwasher and it took them over 2 weeks to get it done. Multiple phone calls to their delivery company, etc. to try and get my new dishwasher and nothing. I still don’t have it. Then they called and said it’s sitting in the warehouse and I should come pick it up. Excuse me? I paid $300 for a service that they didn’t provide and now they want me to come pick it up. The run around and extra prices they tag on to everything is absolutely ridiculous. Will never shop here again and I advise you to do the same. Save yourself the headache.

They sold a display model dishwasher to my elderly mother, claiming "it has full warranty." Now within 1 year the machine has multiple problems and is warping inside. The serial number sticker was peeled off of it before it was delivered, and Leon's claims to have no record of the machine serial number. Store manager now claims the machine was ordered-in for us. (Yet they somehow did not record the SN? It was also delivered the day after ordering, so no, it was not ordered in, it was the display model, as discussed.) Electrolux (Frigidaire) will not do any warranty process without us providing the SN of the machine first. Leons will do nothing. Only option now is Small Claims Court, beginning the process.
