  First time getting a delivery from my local Muskoka Leon’s, boy were the delivery guys great and respectful of my home. Knowledgeable staff as well, made the selection a breeze!

  The whole experience from in store to delivery was actually amazing. Pete our salesman was personal and professional and helped us find a great deal! And the deliverymen were quick, efficient, and were funny on top of it all! From a person with some social anxiety, I was very pleasantly surprised with the whole experience!

  Friendly, efficient and professional. Called with an ETA. Brought appliance in, set it up. Removed packaging debris afterwards. Ken and his colleague were great to have on site. All dealings and communication with the Bracebridge Leons has been a positive and pleasant experience. Hats off to Karissa and Peter V. for the time they spent with me in selecting my appliance package. Peter went above and beyond in helping to ensure I was pleased with the finish of the stainless steel appliances. The delivery men (Ken and colleague) were extremely courteous and careful. 👍

  Debra Magdy was excellent. The delivery crew was excellent. We ordered on September 27th (i believe). Because of a change in timeline to set my parents up in an assisted living facility (my father has new mobility concerns and is being discharged from hospital) I had called in to cancel the order as i was being told two weeks more for delivery and was going ahead with another company. I called to cancel and after my calls being dropped four or five times - i ended up with Debra who was empathetic and found a solution to have the furniture delivered on October 10 instead of October 19 or 20. After spending a very frustrating 20 minutes trying to cancel, she took accountability and responsibility to fulfill our need within the deadline that we had been given by the hospital. She was fantastic and gave the customer service that you should be proud of. The delivery crew was efficient and took the time to ensure the beds and chair were set up perfectly. These three were amazing.
