    Purchased the Fava sofa, chair and ottoman from Evan. Very happy with my purchase. There was a small issue and Evan was on top of it and got the technician to my house quickly and it was handled efficiently and in a friendly manner. I bought a bed with Evan as well and he was very patient while I chose; took me a week or two. Unfortunately, I had a medical issue with the bed that I got (allergic reaction) but I have to say Management was very understanding and removed the bed very quickly and gave me a full refund. I have yet to find another bed! I had that brand before and it was fine so I am not sure what changed. However, I will say I did receive excellent customer service from the management and support staff as well as Evan. This unfortunate incident had nothing to do with Leon’s and I am very appreciative of their quick handling of an urgent situation. I really can’t say enough good things about Evan. He’s very patient, knowledgeable, professional, kind and he does not just say anything to get you to purchase. I am glad to have met him. The store itself is spacious, clean, bright, and inviting. Parking is easily accessible and plentiful. I would purchase here again!

    We purchased a king bed frame and dresser at the end of August, we were told by the sales agent it would be in end of september beginning of October at the latest. Called middle of September We purchased a king bed frame and dresser at the end of August and were told by the sales agent that they would arrive by the end of September or early October at the latest. We called in mid-September to confirm the delivery date and were told the items would arrive that Friday. Friday came and went with no update. When we called again, we were informed the new delivery date was pushed to the first week of October. Later, we were told it would actually be the end of October. At that point, we spoke with a manager who offered only two options: a refund or choosing different furniture. Once we went to the store and picked something oht in stock we were told it was an extra 700.00. When we asked for compensation for the ongoing delays, he offered a maximum discount of $50–$70. We decided to wait since we had already waited this long. Today we called again to check for an ETA and were told it would be another four weeks. This has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Communication has been poor, and the constant delays are unacceptable. Would not recommend Leons.

    We have been dealing with Leon’s and zucora homes insurance since February now trying to get our couch repaired. They have sent out repair people who have tried to bend the frame back into place. We then were told in beginning of June that they would order us new parts for our couch. We got confirmation that Leon’s had the part and the repair man was going to come and fix it. Got a phone call the night before stating Leon’s lost the part and now they don’t know where it went. Dealing with Leon’s and zucora homes has been an absolute joke. I recommend avoiding Leon’s all together. We regret ever giving them our business.

    When the sofa was delivered, the fabric was already damaged and dirty. The delivery driver saw the issue and told us to contact Customer Service, which we did immediately. A few days later, someone came, but instead of addressing the damaged fabric, they only kept trying to clean it. I explained several times that the fabric was not just dirty but damaged. They eventually agreed, left, and we never heard back. Considering we also purchased insurance, it is unacceptable that the sofa arrived in such poor condition and that the issue has not been resolved. If the problem was ignored at the time of delivery, I cannot trust that the insurance will cover anything in the future. They don’t no anything about customer service manager so rude and she only repeat one sent this is our policy Is this your policy to send broken sofa!

    Id give the floor staff a 4/5 but the sales management deserve 1/5. They wont go the extra mile for even the simplest requests. My mother purchased a new chair and 2 days later there was a promotion that offered 2 free pillows with the purchase. She asked if it was possible to get the deal but still pick it up early. They asked the manager and they said it wouldn't be possible unless they purchased a protection plan. (So obviously they can do it). She decided to not purchase the protection plan. When we went to another leons/warehouse to pick up the chair I asked the manager there if they could honor the pillow promotion. He said he would have but only if we had purchased it at that location due to the bill being made at the other store only they can add the pillows to that bill. I asked if we could "return" the chair and "repurchase" it from him and he could add the deal. He said instead he would contact the other store for us and see if he could help. He contacted the other Leon's sales manager and they told him they would contact us and they could add it to our bill in two days and we could go pick there and pick the pillows up. My mother was happy with that solution. Anyways 3 hours later the orginal store called my mom (they didnt even have the sales manager contact her) and told her they wouldn't honor the deal and that they wouldn't help. I know multiple people who work at Bestbuy etc and they frequently have similar type requests where the sales manager can approve these simple requests. Maybe their management require more training at that location? If Leons decides to reach out Id be more than happy to edit/update my review. But honestly at this point its been obsured to get 2 promotion pillows. TLDR (to long didnt read) - floor staff great, sales manager dishonest and spiteful, shop at any other Leons where they will go the extra mile.
