  Evan assisted us with our purchase of a new mattress. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Item arrived in store and was delivered on day promised. Delivery guys did a great job as well. Our experience with Leon’s was great!

  While shopping for a new mattress, we specifically wanted to shop at a Canadian retailer and select a Canadian made mattress. Our salesperson, Shawn, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and we didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. We chose to have our new mattress delivered and our old mattress removed. We couldn't be more pleased with the delivery team of Kareem and his partner. Kareem brought our new mattress and placed it into position in our home. The delivery was seamless! Our sincere appreciation! Thanks Leon's!

  The sales person was very good. The delivery guys were excellent. They unpacked the sofa, carried it in and assembled it. When they were leaving they cleaned up all the packing. I am very happy with the whole experience.

  Anna DCruz, my sales associate was very good. Professional, patient, and helpful. Leon's staff managed to get my delivery done by Thanksgiving as I had family coming over and the delivery staff was great as well. Cleaned up after themselves, no damage. They're very careful. Took away all the packaging materials and left nothing for me to clean. Well done.

  Buyer beware. My experience shopping with a fridge was pleasant enough, I bought the fridge here based on the delivery timing since I needed a new fridge asap, sadly when it came to delivery time things fell apart dramatically due to the salesperson neglecting to tell me about extremely key information for my old fridge removal. Since they didn't tell me that at the time of going through all the purchase/haul away/delivery details, the delivery couldn't happen and I didn't find that out till the delivery truck was at my house, they said ' the sales person should have told you that the fridge doors need to be removed', well they didn't tell me that. Extra frustrating since the delivery was supposed to have happened the day before but they called 2 hours into the deliver window to let me know their truck won't be delivering and has been cancelled due to a staff issue. I get that things come up but why on earth wouldn't Leons have a contingency plan for that? get another truck? outsource a truck? Emptying a fridge out into cooler bags to be told the new fridge wasn't coming, putting stuff back in the fridge, then emptying it out again for the next day's delivery, that didn't happen because the salesperson did not tell me the fridge doors needed to be removed for them to haul it away, sigh.... honestly at the end of the day my key takeaway is that Leon's has zero concept of customer retention and customer experience. Yes, I cancelled the fridge delivery completely, happy to take my business elsewhere.
